I get my Gills Black Pudding from Costco. It is so good. They only sell the huge sticks so I cut it up and put most in the freezer. I wish they sold the smaller sized stick. Some black pudding is too peppery but Gills is just right. A dab of English mustard really goes well with it. Great on toast.
