How is my meat delivered?
Your meat box is delivered safely by one of our trusted couriers. We pack your products into a strong, insulated polystyrene container, then cover this with a cardboard outer box.
How long does the meat stay fresh?
All of our packaging has been tested to make sure that the products remain at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. Our delivery service operates over 24 hours, leaving you plenty of time to store your delivery into fridge or freezer.
Can I freeze my fresh meat?
Most definitely! You have the choice to store in the fridge and consume the products within the given use by date, or Freeze the items and consume within 6 months! Whichever is more convenient to you.
When will my order be delivered?
From when we dispatch, your order will be delivered within 24 hours. Our delivery service runs from Tuesday to Friday. You can select a date of delivery that best suits you through the checkout process.
What if I am not in when my delivery arrives?
Don’t worry! Firstly, our courier will use the delivery instructions provided by you in the checkout procedure. If our drivers can’t find anywhere safe to store your parcel, they will leave you a delivery card, with details on how to rearrange delivery, or collect from your nearest depot.
What days do you deliver?
Our couriers deliver from Tuesday to Friday.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charge is a rate of £7.99. If you’re ordering over £70.00 we offer free UK mainland delivery. If there is a “free delivery” offer on, then this will apply accordingly. Local Delivery is £5.99 and also free for orders over £70.00. All collection order are free. Local delivery is within an 10 mile radius from our store in Broad Lanes Bilston, WV14 0RY

We deliver throughout England, Wales and most of Scotland. Unfortunately, the following Postcodes are out of our delivery range:

We are also unable to deliver to caravan sites or holiday homes
I have made a mistake in my order, how do I change?
If you need to change/cancel your order, you must let us know as soon as possible.
